Hülya Kuran, a graduate of Marmara University Faculty of Law, possesses extensive knowledge and expertise in private law. With 25 years of professional experience as an attorney and as a registered member of the Istanbul Bar Association, Hülya Kuran is one of the founding partners of Inter-Case Law Firm. She specializes in Family Law and Inheritance Law and is recognized for her success in handling complex legal proceedings such as divorce, property regime liquidation, custody disputes, and international child abduction cases.
Her areas of practice also include Information Technology Law, Intellectual Property and Data Law, Real Estate Law, Media and Press Law, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) MCompetition Law, and Corporate Law & Consultancy.
